90 apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms (one of the rooms has a bunk bed), and 5 apartments are available for people with reduced mobility.

The apartments have a lounge, small kitchen with the kitchenware required for its use and a bathroom. A cleaning and sheet and towel changing service is included.
