Although you can try a wide variety of dishes at the ventas, most of them serve the traditional dish from the Montes: pork loin, sausage, peppers, eggs and French fries. Likewise, in most of them you can order migas – breadcrumbs with pork loin or sausage. Most inns specialise in meats: kid goat, suckling lamb, venison, wild boar, and others.
