The objective of this association, which has offices at the El Puerto del León Inn restaurant in Montes de Málaga, is to stimulate the quality of regional wines and all derived products and subproducts of the wine, to develop oenological tourism and to stimulate the restoration of traditional vineyards in Montes de Málaga.

The association supports the economic development of the native agriculture of Montes de Málaga. In particular, initiatives related to the development of vineyards and the elaboration and aging of wines made of a variety of grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Garnacha, Merlot, as well as the traditional Muscatel and Pedro Ximénez.
