The Natural Park Montes de Málaga's gastronomy is unique. Along Los Montes road or Colmenar road (A-7000) there are a number of restaurants that are popularly known as "ventas" (similar to an old-fashioned inn in the UK) that today form a culinary area that is different from anything else available in Málaga, both by their location and their specialties.
