Knowing our gastronomic culture is essential. The cuisine of a land marked by the seal of the Mediterranean diet, whose food and recipes cross the countryside and the sea.

The beach bars of the coast of Malaga are an ideal place to go to eat with the family. Children will enjoy watching how the sardine skewers are prepared, while they play in the sand or get their feet wet on the seashore.

In the traditional food restaurants you can taste delicious spoon dishes, such as gazpachuelo or cabbage, great meats such as sirloin steak with Pedro Ximénez.

Montes de Málaga also offers us a rich gastronomy, at the same time that we enjoy nature. In the establishments popularly known as “ventas” you can choose from a wide variety of options, but the star of the place is certainly the “Plato de los Montes”, consisting of pork loin, chorizo, peppers, eggs and potatoes. Migas (fried breadcrumbs) or kid or suckling lamb are other specialties.
