These buildings were designed in 1922 by architect Fernando Guerrero Strachan at the instructions of merchant Félix Sáenz who rented them out.

There are two blocks of flats in a regionalist style with Mudéjar and neo-renaissance details. They are located on the east side of town, on the Paseo de Reding. They are three-storey buildings with towers on the attic floors and the façade is divided into protruding and recessed elements at different heights.
