Salamanca's Market
Built between 1922 and 1925 to a design by Daniel Rubio Sánchez. This is a market where the 48 stalls continue their traditional activity inside a unique neo-Arabic architecture.
It is a one storey building. Its symmetrical roofing is most striking. It consists of a horseshoe arch with decorations flanked by two large columns. At its base, giving access to visitors, is a modernist grille.
