Other options during Málaga Fair
Beyond the main fair venues – the Historic District and Real del Cortijo de Torres –, there many other things to do in Málaga during the fair.
In Málaga’s museums, for instance, you can explore art, culture and history, but you can also meet with your family and friends to learn and discover. Most museums organise activities throughout the year, including fair time.
The Picasso Museum, the Carmen Thyssen Museum and Centre Pompidou are the most popular, but there are other, specialised museums where you can explore local art, including the Málaga Heritage Museum (MUPAM), the Málaga Museum – which boasts an amazing collection of nineteenth-century paintings by local artists that include Pablo Picasso’s father –, the exhibition galleries at La Malagueta Cultural Centre, CAC Málaga-La Coracha. They are all within walking distance from each other.
La Malagueta Beach is perfect to take a break by the sea. Muelle Uno, El Palo and Pedregalejo are ideal to have a seaside drink or a meal, making the most of your stay in town during the fair.
