The Civic Centre, located Old Charity House, gives a clear picture of the transformation that the County Council has undergone in the last 30 years. From its origins as a welfare centre, the Civic Centre has become a centre for solidarity, and cultural, civil support activities for associations and unions.

It offers accommodation services (130 beds), kitchen and dining room (254 seats). It also has 3 Meeting Rooms, 29 rooms and classrooms (from 8 to 270 people) and 2 exhibition rooms.
